Reverent Knowledge provides educational, cultural, informational, and spiritual learning services relating to Sanatan Dharma, including but not limited to:

- offline sessions;

All payments made to Reverent Knowledge are subject to successful processing through authorised payment channels.

- users are expected to join or attend on time and act respectfully;

8. Refunds and Cancellations

- cancellations by the user may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if requested within the period specified on the relevant service page;
- once a digital product, downloadable resource, recorded session, or paid access content has been delivered or accessed, it may be non-refundable;
- for live online or offline sessions, refunds or rescheduling may depend on timing, preparatory work already completed, seat reservation, and operational commitments; and
- if Reverent Knowledge cancels a paid session and rescheduling is not possible, an appropriate refund, credit, or alternate access may be offered.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within the Services, including but not limited to text, session materials, design elements, graphics, logos, audio and video content, newsletters, educational posts, website content, compilations, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Reverent Knowledge unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, used to create derivative works, or commercially used without prior written permission.
